1 )The road and designated bridleway (Stoney Bottom) leading to and from the site is of inadequate width and condition to accommodate safely the additional traffic which the proposed development would generate. As such, the additional traffic would result in increased conflict between vehicles and other users of the highway/bridleway, which would be detrimental to highway and public safety. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policies T4, T9 and GS2 of the East Hampshire District Local Plan: Second Review.
