Plans, drawings and material submitted to the council are protected by Section 47 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. You may only use material that is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. You must not make further copies without first getting the permission of the copyright owner.

Measuring tool

Plans attached to planning applications registered from 18th May 2009 can now be measured on our website using the Adobe scaling tool. You will need Adobe PDF Reader 8 or above to do this.
